Using Berrylist
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the marketplace lawfully. Berrylist may restrict accounts or listings that create safety, trust, or quality concerns.
Provider listings
Providers are responsible for their services, pricing, availability, licences, insurance, and listing content. Listings must be truthful and must not infringe another person’s rights.
Requests and bookings
A customer request is not confirmed until the provider approves it. Payment and service agreements are handled directly between customer and provider unless Berrylist clearly states otherwise.
Cancellations and disputes
Providers must clearly communicate cancellation terms before confirming work. Customers and providers should first try to resolve concerns directly; Berrylist may assist but is not a party to the underlying service agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the marketplace develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service, and continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
